Yesterday, in complete shock and disbelief, Lucy said to me, "Mom, I'm the only yellow-headed kid in school!"
How can this be a surprise to her?! Has it really taken her 5 years to realize that she looks a bit different than everyone else here? With that sort of quick thinking, at least we know she's a natural blonde! HA!
