Two things about this picture:
1. It is so hot that laundry dries REALLY quickly.
2. It is so hot that people cannot stay inside. Every evening just as the sun starts to set behind the buildings, everyone sits out on their balconies, patios, or in our neighbors' case, parking lots, talking about how hot it is and drinking (hot) tea.
